PRIDE OF ATMORE | GUESS TO WIN RULES

1.               Jason Pilger Chevrolet will conduct the Number Guess Contest ("The Contest") starting on Monday, March 1, 2021 and ending on Monday, May 10, 2021 (the "Promotion Period") or when the 2,000 entry forms have been used, whichever comes first.

2.               Contestants will have a chance to guess the winning number (a number between 1 and 600,000).

3.               The contest will allow each contestant a chance to win the following grand prize:

a)               2021 Chevrolet Silverado CREW RST 4WD (valued at $48,611.15).

b)              Maximum one (1) grand prize winner.

4.               Contestant can enter at Jason Pilger Chevrolet, 406 E. Nashville Ave., Atmore, AL 36502 beginning on March 1, 2021 during normal business hours of operation.  An official contest binder will be available for contestants to submit their entry into.  The contestant must submit their number guess entry during the promotion period to be eligible to win. 

5.               A maximum of Two Thousand (2,000) guesses will be permitted for this contest.  Once 2,000 guesses have been made, the contest is ended.

6.               The predetermined winning number for this contest will be determined by Advantage Hole In One using a random number generator.

a.      The winning number will be between 1 and 600,000.

7.               The contest is open to persons 18 years of age and older.  Employees, their immediate family members and members of the same household of the client, Advantage Hole In One, or any advertising or promotional agencies involved in the contest are not eligible to participate.

8.               Nothing may be done to enhance a contestant's normal chances of winning this contest.

9.               Each contestant's number guess must be clear, complete, and legible.

10.             A complete entry must be submitted, including the contestant's full name, home address, phone number, email address, their number guess, and the date they entered the contest.  Any entry that is incomplete or illegible will be disqualified.

11.             Difficulties with getting to the location to enter the contest is not the responsibility of  Jason Pilger Chevrolet.

12.             As the winner of the grand prize, you will be required to sign a W-9 form before your prize will be awarded.  You will be responsible for all applicable title fees, registration fees, and taxes including state, local, and federal and therefore must present a valid Driver's License and Social Security Card before claiming your prize.

13.             As a grand prize winner, you acknowledge that Advantage Hole In One and Jason Pilger Chevrolet have the right to, without further authorization, publicize your name, character likeness, photograph, voice, and the fact that you are a grand prize winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

14.             There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the contest.  Void where prohibited.

15.             There will be no substitution for prizes.  Participation in the contest and prizes awarded are non-transferable.  Failure to collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize.

16.             Jason Pilger Chevrolet reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time.  Jason Pilger Chevrolet also reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest date without notice.

17.             The decision of the Jason Pilger Chevrolet management in the interpretation of these rules is final.  By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the official contest rules.

18.             If the winner is found in violation of these rules he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.

19.             In the event of multiple winning entries, the contestant that enter the contest first will be deemed the grand prize winner.  Each entry must list the date they entered the contest, as noted in item number 10 above.

20.             Jason Pilger Chevrolet, their representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of this prize.

21.             Jason Pilger Chevrolet, their representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any changes or difficulties in travel or prize delivery.

22.             The chance to win the grand prize includes:

Contestant will complete an official contest entry form on-site during the promotion period.  One (1) attempt per contestant will be eligible.  A maximum of two thousand (2,000) entries will be collected for the entire promotion.  Each contestant must submit their number guess to enter the contest.  An eligible contestant entry must match the official winning number, exactly, to be considered a grand prize winner.  At the conclusion of the promotion period, or when 2,000 entries have been submitted, the Advantage Hole In One representative will compare each contestant's number guess to the predetermined winning number for this contest. The Advantage Hole In One representative will then confirm with the contest administrator whether a contestant has submitted a number that matches the predetermined winning number.  The prize does not cover any other expenses, including but not limited to tax.  If no winning number is submitted, the Advantage Hole In One representative will reveal the official winning number and the representative for Jason Pilger Chevrolet may open the Master Sealed Envelope to reveal the winning number as well.

By completing an official contest entry form, the contestant agrees to all of the above rules, regulations, and contract terms and conditions for participating in this contest.  The contestant must understand that in no way are they guaranteed any prize of any value and the only way they will win the grand prize is by successfully guessing the winning number exactly as required by the contest rules AND by meeting all of the criteria required by Advantage Hole In One.
